Join Our Team: Full-Time and Part-Time positions are currently available

PART-TIME:

If you're friendly, reliable, welcoming, and hard working, we will train you! You should enjoy being busy, helping people, and feel comfortable switching from task to task as your day is quite varied in our shop! You’ll need to be able to walk up/down stairs, lift 30 pounds and have good eyesight. Photoshop, cash handling, and register skills a plus but we will train the right person!

You'll help customers with their custom projects, scan their images to preserve them (and use those files to design photo gifts if you're able), take passport photos, print quality photographs, and help with shop displays. There are lots of other tasks you can help with to make the most of your particular strengths. You'll learn a lot, too! Our staff is a friendly, small, open group with good energy!

We are currently open Tues-Sat with Sundays and Mondays off. If you're available year round and able to work most Saturdays 10-4, plus a 4 or 5 hour shift 2-3 days a week (usually 9:30-1:30 or 1:30-5:30, or a swing shift like 11-3 is also great!), we'd love to meet you! FULL TIME:

We are currently looking for a full-time, long-term team member to run the shop with owner support!  More info below, email the shop at hello@ photosynthesisia.com with your resume and interest.

We think you would be great for this role if you have:

• Passion for art/design, and helping others
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, including before and after holidays
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Good listening and communication skills...

Essential Responsibilities

• Taking orders for photo services and photo gifts and providing excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Making photo gifts and doing what is needed for orders to be done in an efficient timely manner
• Ensuring operations run smoothly and effectively, helping with hiring and training and managing of staff

Starting pay for full-time: $16+/hour if you already have relevant management experience. PLUS: perks!
